Return Conditions
Our policy allows returns for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept return requests.
Refund Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at marketing@chinaruicheng.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have received and inspected the returned product. Or this refunds can be as a credit payment for next order.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping will be covered by us if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Product Condition
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
